I have received an email (bottom of page below my commentary) several times now stating that it has been ”100% verified” that Obama has legally found a way around the 2nd Amendment, which would by implication mean the whole Constitution and Declaration of Independence for that matter. I do not accept that premise. No one in government has any authority to terminate Constitutionally secured rights under any circumstance whatsoever. Can it really be that we have no God-given unalienable Rights …or is it so only if we’re foolish enough to accept such seditious balderdash? I’m no scholar, but there seems to me to be some fundamentally flawed thinking going on here and we had better not buy into it. I believe that I am an eyewitness to history. I cannot tell you that Hitler tookAustria by tanks and guns; it would distort history. We elected him by a landslide - 98% of the vote.. Nearly one-third of our workforce was unemployed. We had 25% inflation and 25% bank loan interest rates. Farmers and business people were declaring bankruptcy daily. Young people were going from house to house begging for food. Not that they didn't want to work; there simply weren't any jobs. My mother was a Christian woman and believed in helping people in need. Every day we cooked a big kettle of soup and baked bread to feed those poor, hungry people - about 30 daily. The Communist Party and the National Socialist Party were fighting each other. Blocks...
She realizes that virtually all of her customers are unemployed alcoholics and, as such, can no longer afford to patronize her bar.
To solve this problem, she comes up with a new marketing plan that allows her customers to drink now, but pay later.

"With sincere and logical intentions, our Founders believed they created a Justice System that would shield citizens from the abuses of government by positioning the jury between those citizens and the arbitrary power to incarcerate.
It is an interesting theory, but today the System plea-bargains the vast majority of criminal cases. That fact, combined with the crippling financial impact of hiring competent attorney(s) to take one's case through the trial process, has eroded this so-called protection to the point of it being a rare privilege, rather than a 'right' accessible to everyone.
When government brings a politically-inspired case against you, you will doubtless be offered a 'plea-deal.' Usually, this deal will include a guilty plea to a technical 'felony,' and a significantly reduced sentence, compared to that which is possible when the case goes to trial, and a conviction results.

In an Associated Press wire story released yesterday, Republican gubernatorial candidate Jim Ryan pledged to sign a ban on “Assault Weapons” and promised to veto any “Concealed Carry” legislation that reaches his desk.
In making these pronouncements, Jim Ryan was very clear that he would wholeheartedly support legislation that would result in the ban and confiscation of most of the guns in your safe. You would have two choices – either surrender your banned firearms to the police, or the police will be kicking down your door to take them. Ryan could not have made the point any clearer.
Ryan was equally clear about your right to defend yourself. By pledging to veto concealed carry legislation, Ryan is telling you that he would rather see you unarmed, being beaten and humiliated by a gang of hooligans than to see you with a gun in your hand. Ryan also has a message for your wife, your mother, your daughter, your girlfriend. That message is that he would rather see her laying dead in an alley with her pantyhose knotted around her neck than to see her with a gun...
These are lessons learned by most CCW people, who are involved in shootings. Surviving the aftermath is just as important as the event. These tips might just assist you in being victorious, in your incident!
First off, disengage, if possible. BUT THERE is nothing in the law, anywhere which insists you must back down from a fight. Remember that!
But if the event happens, prepare, prepare, prepare!
-Attacks most often happen in parking lots and driveways. -ALWAYS carry your piece, ALWAYS. Always carry spare magazines! -Know how to treat gunshot wounds and carry an IBD. -Badguys often travel in pairs (or more.) -Rehearse shooting from unconventional positions and angles. Airsoft guns are wonderful tools for such practice! -Reinforce to your students that guns are not force fields that protect us from evil, and that if attacked they will probably be hit, kicked, cut or shot - they need to FIGHT THROUGH IT!

What the hell is the matter with street cops these days. 4 cops stop at a coffee shop, get on their laptops, and then get ambushed, shot to death, and civilians wonder how it happened. I'LL TELL YOU HOW! these coppers dropped their guard, became complacent, did not pay attention to their surroundings, and disobeyed the first cardinal rule of Street Survival. NEver, Never, Ever become complacent. This shooting was avoidable,and these Police Officers should have known better than to place thrmselves at this level of intense risk. ANd where was their supervisor, who should have been aware of their behavio patterns, thus, setting themselves up for ambush. THis is agonizing. FOr years, I taught about, prostelized to any oficer and trainer, and kept myself from getting into ambush situations. I have trained personnel to STAY ALIVE, and to be VICTORIOUS, not to get killed. These officers trained themselves to get killed. I am very sad. Ths is comprable to the NEWHALL incident, which set the standard for mistakes, and lack of firearms proficiency, by Police Officers nationwide.

Well, I am finally home. I have been back seince 18 September, 2009. Already I have been out West to New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, and have visited many of the places and sites I have sorely missed, since my deployment to Afghanistan. I have made the decision to move to the West, and will be doing so soon. In terms of the past year's experiences, I have learned much and have been thoroughly disqusted with our government. I was almost killed this past deployment, vwhile at Baghram Air Force Base, during a rocket attack. Two other soldiers were killed, and several other personnel were wounded. I had the distasteful occasion to be at the very location of the attack, when it occurred. And I witnessed the death of one of our guys, a SGT Jones. I am still shocked at the level of sudden, intense and destructive violence which happened. But the Taliban are to blame, as is our military leadership, not the American people.
Instead of having night time patrols around the camp, the immediate vicinity and it area of operations, the leadership simply stayed within its perimeter, and just waited for something to happen. The intended target was...
Well, I have served my year in Afghanistan, first at Camp Phoenix, then at a Special Op's FOB, just West of Kabul, located near the mountains. I cannot name the FOB, due to OPSEC. But it was a very interesting deployment. I almost became acasualty, during an R&R stop over on Father's Day, 21 June, 2009, at Baghram Air Force Base. I was 30 yards from an impact site when we were attacked with Rocket Fire by the Taliban. Where I was standing, in Camp Dragon, 1 soldier, SGT Jones, was killed as he slept in his bunk, and 2 civilian contractors were wounded. SGT Jones never knew what hit him. The worst part of the engagement was that no officer or senior NCO knew what to do, and myself, another SGT, and the KBR Billeting manager for Phoenix, all had to tackle his poor spouse, who was there at Bghram, serving with him. We actually had to tackle the poor woman, who was hysterical, in order to keep her from entering her husband's B-Hut. WEll, I am here at fT. Bragg, NC, performing mobilization training to deploy to Afghanistan. I absolutely cannot believe the gullability of the American people, in electing Barak Obama, as the next president of the US! What have they done?
I am going to make a prediction here and now. After his inauguration, it will not be 6 months before a major terrorist act is carried out either here in the US, or on an American facility abroad, with an astounding loss of American lives. And the seeds have been sowed fot the beginning of WW III. IT is coming folks. You and I have actually lived to see the beginning of the end of the United States of America. This is not to be construed to be a racial thing. IT is not, and is not meant to be. He was not qualified, was in league with major domestic US terrorist philosophy, beliefs, and domestic terrirists. And he has now asked Senator Hillary CLinton to be the next Secretary of State! Not a good beginning for the Messiah!

Secret U.S. Mission Hauls Uranium From Iraq
On July 5, 2008, t he Associated Press (AP) released a story titled: Secret U.S. mission hauls uranium from Iraq . The opening paragraph is as follows:
The last major remnant of Saddam Hussein's nuclear program – a huge stockpile of concentrated natural uranium – reached a Canadian port Saturday to complete a secret U.S. operation that included a two week airlift from Baghdad and a ship voyage crossing two oceans.

Somehow, that slogan loses its credibility now that 550 metric tons of Saddam's yellowcake, used for nuclear weapon enrichment, has been discovered and shipped to Canada for its new use as nuclear energy.
It appears that American troops found the 550 metric tons of uranium in 2003 after invading Iraq . They had to sit on this information and the uranium itself, for fear of terrorists attempting to steal it. It was guarded and kept safe by our military in a 23,000-acre site with large sand beams surrounding the site.

I HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE. HERE IS MY PLATFORM:

I wanted to share with you what happened. He got off the plane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram.
As the Soldiers were lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn't say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General. As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top tent that military personnel can play...
