The Wolf; Our Symbol 

The wolf has always been a symbol of the American wilderness. Sharp witted, physically fit and cunning, they represent the wild. And yet they live in a pack society which is tightly structured, with places and jobs assigned to individual memebers of that pack, who act as a team in living and hunting prey. They are all individuals, with a prescribed place set aside in the hierarchy of their pack. Nevertheless, they all go their own separate ways, and serve as scouts, to gather intelligence information about their territory, the environment in which they live, and search for prey with which to feed the pack. They leave scent stations, at every opportunity and location,  marking their territory, and gathering intelligence information to serve the welfare of the pack, as a whole.  When the appropriate time comes for the pack to gather, either for social functions or to hunt, they signal each other by howling, thus notifying each pack member where and when they are to gather. Each pack member can recognize the individual howl of each other, and can tell an actual howl from a played recording. Wolves also emit a low decibeled bark, a very low growl, and have a very high pitched squeak, when they are either greeting other pack members, or when they have a need. They hunt as a team, utilizing highly defined location, tracking, stalking and game taking skills. Their predatory intelligence and hunting techniques have been studied and recorded by many research scientists. Teamwork is the key to their success. Yet individualism and personal skills make each team member a force to be dealt with.
Most people never see a wolf in the wild. Yet, they are heard, and their presence is known. They may watch someone for hours at a time. And their presence is never detected. Their use of the terrain shows masterful use of camoflague, individual skill, and use of high intelligence. Fast and agile, stout and steadfast, they truly are masters of their environment. In much the same way, we strive, through CQB skills, the same mastery of our deteriorating world situation. We train personnel, and serve as operational training team members, to provide services in an ever changing world. That is accomplished with individual diligence, discretion, expertise, personal sacrifice, and the human touch. 

As a result, we have chosen the wolf, as the symbol which will represent this firm.
